By accessing or using DFWCommercialRoof.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including property managers, building owners, facility directors, and contractor applicants.
DFWCommercialRoof.com is a lead-generation and contractor matching service. We connect commercial property owners, property managers, and facility directors in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with independently licensed and insured commercial roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work. We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the work performed by contractors introduced through our platform.
Submitting a request through DFWCommercialRoof.com creates a relationship between you and the contractor we connect you with — not between you and DFWCommercialRoof.com. Any agreement for roofing services is between you and the contractor directly. DFWCommercialRoof.com is not a party to any roofing service agreement.
All contractors introduced through the Platform are independent businesses, not employees or agents of DFWCommercialRoof.com. We do not control the methods, quality, pricing, or scheduling of services performed by contractors. Contractors are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We encourage all users to independently verify contractor credentials — including Texas contractor license status and insurance coverage — before authorizing any work.
DFWCommercialRoof.com makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, timeliness, safety, or fitness for purpose of services performed by contractors introduced through our platform. We do not guarantee that any contractor will respond within any stated timeframe, that any project will be completed to your satisfaction, or that any contractor's insurance coverage will be sufficient for your specific situation.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DFWCOMMERCIALROOF.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR FROM SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONTRACTORS INTRODUCED THROUGH THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to DFWCommercialRoof.com in the twelve months preceding the claim.
By submitting a request through the Platform, you represent that:
Contractors applying to or participating in the DFWCommercialRoof.com network agree to: maintain active Texas contractor licensing and commercial general liability insurance; represent their qualifications and experience accurately; respond to matched leads within 24 business hours; produce professional written inspection reports; and comply with all applicable laws and professional standards. Contractor participation is subject to separate contractor agreement terms provided during the onboarding process.
All content on DFWCommercialRoof.com — including text, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is the property of DFWCommercialRoof.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement of linked sites or their content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
